Rules of Enjoyment
In order to enhance each guest's shopping experience, we ask that all shoppers observe the following rules of enjoyment:
- Footwear and proper attire required- Proper behaviour is required. No canvassing, soliciting, or loitering
- Due to the health regulations, no animals are permitted within the shopping centre with the exception of service animals; proper documentation required
- Sporting equipment such as skateboards, rollerblades etc. are not permitted for use in the mall
- Bicycles are not allowed in the mall. Use bicycle racks provided.
- We are a non-smoking facility which includes e-cigarettes, vapour devices etc.
Security
The Paladin Security Team maintains a professional uniformed security force. The Paladin Security team is dedicated to providing a safe, secure and pleasurable shopping environment for all of our customers. For customer convenience, Security can be reached from any store in the mall, by simply asking the sales clerk to call. If you need directions, don’t hesitate to ask one of our uniformed officers; customer service is a high priority for us!
Wheelchairs
We are happy to provide our shoppers with the use of wheelchair during their visit to Peter Pond Mall
Lost and Found
If you lose or find an item during your shopping trip, simply speak to Paladin Security on the property or visit the Administration Office.
